Hi, I’m Carrie.
My journey into handmade skincare began with my son, who has Down syndrome and underwent heart surgery as a baby. In that season, I discovered how easily women—especially mothers—pour endlessly into others while forgetting themselves.
When I began crafting gentle, herbal skincare for him, the process became my self-care. Infusing flowers, blending oils, and stirring butters helped me breathe again. It grounded me. It healed me.
Now, I help women over 40 rediscover that same nourishment through simple botanical skincare rituals and soul-soothing self-care practices.
My Work & Writing
I am the author of six books, including Carrie’s Herbal-Infused Skincare Cookbook. Readers describe my work as accessible, encouraging, and beautifully detailed.
My writing has appeared in Wellbeing Magazine, and my work has been featured in the October 2022 issue of Hippie Magazine and the November 24 issue of Reader’s House Magazine.
Through books, courses, and my membership program, I teach women how to create personalized, botanical skincare rooted in herbal wisdom and seasonal rhythms.
My Philosophy
Skincare should be nourishing, not overwhelming.
Self-care should feel sacred, not stressful.
I believe in slow living, herbal comfort, faith-filled practice, and the restorative power of tiny, beautiful rituals.
